HS18002--ACID NEUTRALIZER
Quick Service Kits come ready to use with a 2 ounce injector, pre-filled with Highside® Acid Neutralizer, along with a 12" charging hose with control valve and caps.
Acid Neutralizer is designed to chemicaly neutralize and prevent acids that are formed in air conditioning and refrigeration systems due to refrigerant and refrigeration oil break down, moisture and compressor burnout. Acid Neutralizer is recommended to prevent the formation of acid and for systems that are showing signs of acid build up or where a compressor burnout has occurred.

Safe and Compatible In All Refrigerants, Including CFC's, HFC's and HCFC's.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: When the use of an acid test kit indicated no acid or low acid levels, Acid Neutralizer can be used to prevent the formation of acid or neutralize existing acid by adding one ounce of Acid Neutralizer for each 64 ounces of compressor oil.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR: When acid related problems are evident or if a test of the system shows acid is present at medium levels, Acid Neutralizer can be used to neutralize existing acid by adding one ounce of Acid Neutralizer for each 48 ounces of compressor oil.
BURNOUT CONDITION: Should high levels of acid be detected or if burnout has occurred, Acid Neutralizer can be used to neutralize existing acid by adding one ounce of Acid Neutralizer for each 24 ounces of compressor oil. NOTICE: If burnout has occurred, follow standard industry practices and change out the compressor. Install all recommended filter/driers then evacuate and charge the system with the proper refrigerant.
