EVK is a range of controllers for the management of refrigerated cabinets, tables and islands.
 
They are available in compact version, in the standard size 74 x 32 mm; the user interface consists of a custom display (with decimal point and function icons), three or four keys and guarantees an IP65 protection rating, for easy cleaning.
 
Some controllers have a 30 res. A @ 250 VAC electromechanical relay for the direct control of high power compressors, avoiding the use of contactors.
 
Others have the real time clock (to store the HACCP alarms) and are able to protect the compressor (causing it to switch off) if the condenser temperature is outside an allowed range.
 
Installation is by panel, with snap-in brackets.
