D series air coolers can be matched with compression condensing units of different refrigerants and used in cold storages with different storage temperatures as refrigeration equipment. Cold storage for eggs or vegetables: DD type is suitable for cold storage with a storage temperature of about -18 °C, as a cold storage for meat, fish and other frozen food: DJ type is suitable for storage temperature of -25 °C or lower than -25 °C cold storage. It is used for quick freezing of fresh meat or fresh fish products or prepared food.
D series air cooler (also known as air cooler) is a cooling and cooling equipment suitable for various cold storages (such as civil cold storage or combined cold storage). D series air coolers have three types: DL, DD and DJ. They are suitable for cold storages with different storage temperatures. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, does not occupy the use area of the cold storage, uniform storage temperature, and high efficiency, which can quickly cool the food stored in the cold storage and greatly improve the freshness of the stored food.
Product features
1. The shell is made of plastic spraying process or embossed plastic spraying aluminum plate, which has strong corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.
2. The coils are arranged in a novel way to reduce the wind-side resistance. After the fins are set, the aluminum fins are tightly wrapped on the copper tubes by mechanical expansion tubes to reduce the contact thermal resistance and improve the heat transfer power.
3. After the product is tested for pressure, it is cleaned by trichloroethylene in the tube to remove oil, water and oxide skin in the tube. When the user fills the refrigerant, there will be no failures such as blockage of the expansion valve due to debris and oil in the system.
4. Select special low-noise and high-efficiency fan motor to ensure normal operation under humid and low temperature conditions.
5. The U-shaped tubular electric heating tube with strong insulation is used, and the electric heating tube is inserted into the coil tube, and the defrosting time is short and the effect is good.
6. The slot-shaped hanger is adopted, which is convenient for hoisting.
7. All of them have been pressure-maintained and nitrogen-filled before leaving the factory.
